By registering for our workshops or booking consultation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

  • Workshops/Events: Participation in live or virtual workshops organized by Zowfir Zaheed.

  • Consultation Services: Business advisory, family business turnaround, and related consultation sessions, offered online or in person.

2. Registration & Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of booking through our designated payment methods.

  • Once payment is confirmed, your registration/consultation booking is secured.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is made.

  • Workshop participants may request a seat transfer to another individual by notifying us in writing at support@zowfirzaheed.com at least 72 hours before the event.

  • Consultation services are non-transferable and non-refundable once delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, presentations, and consultation content remain the intellectual property of Zowfir Zaheed. Attendees/clients may not reproduce, share, or distribute content without prior written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must provide accurate information when registering.

  • Respectful and professional behavior is expected during workshops, panel discussions, and consultations. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without a refund.

6. Disclaimers

  • All advice and recommendations are provided in good faith based on expertise and experience. Results may vary depending on the client’s implementation.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from workshops or consultation services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Sri Lanka.
